Mixed media collage. A periwinkle-blue ground; a horizontal band of gold leaf marks the water surface; black silhouetted seagrass and kelp rise from below; ochre and cream coral forms anchor the lower register. Ferron applies gold leaf as structural line, not ornament — it divides the composition into above and below. The shapes are cut and placed with the precision of quilting. Salish Sea Dreams series.
